QuantRadar ("we", "us", "our") operates quant-radar.com and its sub-applications. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Waitlist signups: When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the product you expressed interest in, and the referring channel (UTM source). We do not collect your name, payment details, or any other personal information at the waitlist stage.
Subscriber accounts: Once you become a paying subscriber we collect your email address and billing information processed through Stripe. We never store your full card number — Stripe handles all payment processing and is PCI-DSS compliant.
Usage data: We do not currently run analytics scripts (e.g. Google Analytics) on this site. We may log server-side request metadata (IP address, browser type, page path) in standard web server logs for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not shared.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Resend (resend.com) — handles transactional email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of sending you emails from QuantRadar.
Stripe (stripe.com) — handles payment processing for subscribers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — provides hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes network traffic to serve the site and may log request metadata per their privacy policy.
If you use BetaWatchdog's alert webhook feature, your Discord webhook URL is stored locally in your browser only. It is never transmitted to our servers. All alert messages are sent directly from your browser to Discord.
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request removal or we launch and onboard all waitlist members. Subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation for billing dispute purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@quant-radar.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@quant-radar.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords using industry-standard hashing, and limit data access to the minimum necessary. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to hello@quant-radar.com.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made.
